方法 用 40— 6 0目颗粒状活性炭作吸附剂 ,富集环境水中痕量拉维因 ,用气相色谱法测定其含量。 目的 研究不同粒度活性炭的吸附效率及富集倍数 ,进行最佳吸附柱预洗方法和最佳洗脱剂的选择。水中拉维因的检出限为 0 .2 μg/L ,低、中、高三种加标浓度的平均回收率分别为 89.4% - 10 5 .2 %。相对标准偏差为 2 .9%~ 4.2 %。 结论 该方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便、实用。
Methods Granules of 40-60 mesh granular activated carbon were used as adsorbents to enrich trace amounts of lavagen in environmental water and their contents were determined by gas chromatography. Objective To study the adsorption efficiency and enrichment factor of activated carbon with different particle sizes, and to choose the best pretreatment method of adsorption column and the best eluent. The detection limit of Ravine in water was 0.2 μg / L, and the average recoveries of low, medium and high spiked concentrations were 89.4% -102.2% respectively. The relative standard deviation was 2.9% ~ 4.2%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid, simple and practical.
