时讯颁布公安部颁布《消防监督检查规定》公安部部长周永康日前签署第73号公安部令,发布了《消防监督检查规定》。该《规定》自今年9月1日起施行。该《规定》对多年来实行的消防监督检查模式进行了改革,今后,公安消防机构将通过抽查的方式对社会各单位实施消防监督检查,进一步加强对全社会消防安全宏观监督能力。《规定》还对消防监督检查的内容、火灾隐患的界定、监督执法程序等作了进一步规定。
Ministry of Public Security promulgated the “Fire Supervision and Inspection Regulations,” Minister of Public Security Zhou Yongkang recently signed No. 73 Ministry of Public Security, issued a “Fire Supervision and Inspection Regulations.” The “Regulations” come into force on September 1 this year. The “Regulations” over the years the implementation of the fire supervision and inspection model has been reform in the future, the public security fire agencies will be by way of spot checks of all units of society to implement fire safety supervision and inspection to further strengthen the supervision of the community fire safety capabilities. The Provisions further stipulate the contents of fire supervision and inspection, the definition of fire hazards, the supervision and law enforcement procedures, etc.
