作者利用称重和去叶、遮叶方法,研究了冬小麦抽穗后地上部不同部位各个器官,在不同时期中干重的增减以及去(遮)叶后籽粒产量的变化。结果表明:抽穗后四十天左右,光合能力很高,积累的干物质约占全生育期(近二百四十天)积累干物质的50%;籽粒充实过程呈“S”曲线,即开始慢,然后加快,最后逐渐减慢;穗重的86.05—88.05%依靠抽穗后光合积累的物质,11.95—13.95%来自抽穗前在茎叶中所累积的光合产物;抽穗时去(遮)叶,减少光合产物,降低产量10一34%;抽穗时去穗,可加大中转贮存库的贮存量50%,但总的光合积累减少25%。从试验结果可以看到,如何利用有效的农业技术措施,增加抽穗后的光合积累,是提高产量的重要途径之一。
