近年来检察机关根据司法警察执行职务的需要和编队管理的要求,依法配置了一定数量的警械具。而“使用风险和使用范围”等问题,却困扰着司法警察对警械具的使用。笔者结合工作实际以本文展开探讨,提出浅见,旨在充分发挥警械装备对司法警察履行职责的保障作用,以强化司法警察使用警械具的合法性与安全性,让司法警察在使用警械具时能依法规范。
