目的 分析中医小儿推拿法治疗小儿厌食症的疗效.方法 在我院小儿厌食症患者中选取92例,时间段为2020年11月1日-2021年1月31日,随机平均分为两组,一组为对照组采取常规西药治疗,一组为实验组采取中医小儿推拿法治疗.分析两种治疗方法对患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗前实验组小儿厌食症患者的临床症状积分与对照组无明显差异,治疗前实验组小儿厌食症患者的舌苔、舌质积分与对照组无明显差异,P > 0.05 没有统计学意义.实验组小儿厌食症患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后实验组小儿厌食症患者的临床症状积分均低于对照组,治疗后实验组小儿厌食症患者的舌苔、舌质积分均低于对照组,P < 0.05 有统计学意义.结论 以中医小儿推拿法对小儿厌食症患者进行推拿治疗有利于患者的治疗效果提升,加快小儿厌食症患者的临床症状好转,中医小儿推拿法在临床对小儿厌食症患者的治疗中具有推广价值.“,”Objective To analyze the curative effect of TCM pediatric massage in treating infantile anorexia. Methods 92 cases of pediatric anorexia patients in our hospital were selected from November 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. They were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the control group and the other group was treated with conventional western medicine. The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine pediatric massage. Analyze the therapeutic effects of the two treatment methods on patients. Results Before treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms of children with anorexia in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group. Before treatment, the scores of tongue coating and quality of the children with anorexia in the experimental group were not significantly different from those of the control group. P>0.05 was not statistically significant. The effective rate of treatment of children with anorexia in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms of children with anorexia in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. After treatment, the scores of tongue coating and tongue quality were lower in the experimental group. In the control group, P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Tuina therapy for pediatric patients with anorexia by TCM pediatric massage is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of patients and speed up the improvement of the clinical symptoms of pediatric patients with anorexia. Pediatric massage of traditional Chinese medicine has promotion value in the clinical treatment of pediatric patients with anorexia. .
