利用物理几何相似原理,对未支护、喷层支护、锚喷支护和锚杆联系链支护巷道进行了实验室模拟实验,通过静态电阻应变仪测量了巷道的变形情况,分析了不同巷道支护方式下的巷道变形特点。为了验证相似模拟实验结果的准确性,利用ANSYS数值模拟软件建立了不同巷道支护下的数值模型,并进行了相应的应力应变分析。对比得知,相似模拟实验数据与数值模拟结果基本吻合,得出了这几种巷道支护方式的优劣,为矿山井下巷道支护作业提供了参考。
Based on the principle of physical geometry similarity, laboratory simulation experiments were carried out on unsupported, shotcrete support, bolt-shotcrete support and bolt-supported chain roadway. The deformation of the roadway was measured by static resistance strain gauge. Roadway deformation characteristics under roadway support. In order to verify the accuracy of simulation results, ANSYS numerical simulation software was used to establish the numerical model under different roadway support, and the corresponding stress-strain analysis was carried out. The results show that the similar simulation results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the advantages and disadvantages of these roadway support methods are obtained, which provide a reference for mine roadway supporting work.
