α—昏迷治愈病例在国内较少报道,我院最近治愈一例,报告如下。杨某,女,51岁。1987年3月在我院门诊诊断为慢性反应性妄想症,多次有被迫害妄想和自杀念头。5月3日晚出现手颤,无力,继之昏迷不醒,急送我院。经洗胃,静点美解眠等处理,4日入病房。体检:血压12.3/8.0kPa,点头样呼吸,神志不清,两肺有干罗音。神经系统检查:深昏迷,睫反射及压眶反应消失,颈软,肌张力0级,生理反射消失,无病理反射。血钾2.5mmol/L(2.5mEq/L)。家属发现患者除服门诊之强安定类药外,还把另一瓶氯丙嗪
