本文评价了抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物(ABC)法用于检测兔肾细胞中的单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)抗原。此法需用生物素标记的第二抗体,然后进一步用抗生物素蛋白-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物处理。HSV抗原可用ABC法在病毒接种24小时后检出。比较ABC法和过氧化物酶-抗过化物酶(PAP)法检测HSV抗原的结果提示,ABC法比PAP法敏感。
This article evaluated the avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) method for the detection of herpes simplex virus (HSV) antigens in rabbit kidney cells. This method requires the use of biotinylated secondary antibodies, which are then further treated with avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex. HSV antigen ABC method can be detected 24 hours after virus inoculation. ABC method and peroxidase - anti-peroxidase (PAP) method to detect HSV antigen results suggest that ABC method is more sensitive than the PAP method.
