根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》和《职业健康监护管理办法》的相关规定要求,企业必须安排拟上岗职工到有“职业健康检查资质”的医疗卫生机构进行上岗前职业健康检查。2011年某企业为掌握拟上岗职工上岗前的健康情况、早期发现职业禁忌症,对1 058名拟上岗从事有粉尘危害作业的职工进行上岗前职业健康检查,现将结果分析如下。
According to the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases” and “Occupational Health Monitoring and Management Measures,” the relevant provisions of the requirements of enterprises must be laid-off workers to have “Occupational Health Inspection Qualifications ” medical and health institutions pre-job occupational health examination. In 2011, an enterprise grasped the pre-employment health status of the laid-off workers and early discovered the occupational contraindications. It conducted an occupational health examination of 1,058 employees who were going to engage in dust-damaging operations before going on employment. The results are analyzed as follows.
