铁蛋白是人体的一种贮铁蛋白,它广泛存在于人体的组织细胞和体液中。血清铁蛋白的含量与白血病有密切关系,动态检测对该病的病情判断及预后有定的价值。本文采用放射免疫测定白血病患者血清铁蛋白的变化,并与正常人作对照,现报道如下:1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料:男20例,女20例。年龄最小15岁,最大72岁,平均年龄34.8岁。急性白血病36例,其中急性非淋巴细胞白血病(NLL)21例(M1型9例,M2型7例,M3型1例,M4型2例,M5型1例,M6型1例),急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)16例(L1型5例,L2型8例,L3型2例),慢性粒细胞白血病
Ferritin is a human ferritin, which is widely found in the body’s tissues and fluids. Serum ferritin levels and leukemia are closely related to the dynamic detection of the disease to determine the prognosis and prognosis of the value. In this paper, radioimmunoassay of leukemia serum ferritin in patients with normal control, are reported as follows: 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: 20 males and 20 females. The youngest 15 years old, maximum 72 years old, average age 34.8 years old. There were 36 cases of acute leukemia including 21 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (NLL), 9 cases of M1, 7 cases of M2, 1 case of M3, 2 cases of M4, 1 case of M5 and 1 case of M6. 16 cases of ALL (L1, 5, L2, 8 and L3), CML
