振动放矿是强化开采中的一种新技术。1973年至1974年,我们共同试制了ZKJ振动放矿机。经在溜井初步试验,效果良好,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业条件,提高了出矿能力。据实测,在不同激振力的情况下,生产能力分别达到115~366(吨/时);放矿机停车准确,能做到车车满载而又不跑矿(饱水淤泥及水砂例外);放矿量也易控制,对改善崩落法采场的损失贫化指标大有俾益;同时通过合格大块矿石的能力有很大提高,卡斗、悬顶等情况大为减少,从而减少了二次破碎量,加快了放矿速度。一、振动放矿机的结构性能和主要技术特征
