CU0013激光套圈沟道粗糙度仪测量内外套圈沟底左右1mm处的粗糙度,由于超精研后套圈沟道两测及沟底的粗糙度不一定完全一样,要在该仪器上测定沟道任意位置的粗糙度,就遇到了困难。为此,我们设计了一个简单装置,其结构如图所示。V形叉1用螺钉固定在横杆3上,支承板2与V形叉贴合铆接,作支承套圈之用。在测沟底粗糙度时,横杆平放,直杆4用滚花手柄5锁紧,测量方法基本上按仪器使用说明书进行。螺
