在2004年的某日,笔者有幸结识了吉林省通化市质量技术监督局局长兼党组书记徐学才。从与他的交谈中,我深深地体会到人原本就是这个世界中最珍贵的,人的才华、人的潜能、人的积极因素才是这个世界上纯度最高的金土地的价值,时光的价值是用黄金来计量的,而黄金的价值则是靠人来赋予,没有人,黄金将一文不值。而人心换人心,黄土可变金,徐学才就是走进人心的“挖金人”。
One day in 2004, I was fortunate enough to get acquainted with Xu Xuecai, director of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Tonghua City, Jilin Province. From his conversations with him, I have deeply realized that man is the most precious, human talent, human potential and human positive factor in this world. It is the value of the golden soil of the highest purity in the world. Value is measured by gold, and the value of gold is given by people, no one, gold will be worthless. The people’s hearts of people, the loess variable gold, Xu Xuecai is into the heart of the “dig gold people.”
