目的探讨血液12项生化指标对脂肪肝的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法选取健康人、酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)和非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)3组样本,进行12项生化指标的检测并对检测结果统计分析,探讨生化指标改变与肝内代谢变化的相关性。结果 AFLD组和NAFLD组ALT、AST、m-AST、m-AST/AST、GGT、UA、TG、TC与健康对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。AFLD组与NAFLD组m-AST、m-AST/AST、GGT、Urea、Cr、UA、TG、TC有显著性差异(P<0.05),但ALT、AST、HDL-C、LDL-C没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 12项血液生化指标的联合检测有助于脂肪肝的诊断和鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of 12 biochemical markers of blood in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of fatty liver. Methods Three samples of healthy people, alcoholic fatty liver disease (AFLD) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) were selected and 12 biochemical indexes were tested. The results of the test were statistically analyzed to explore the correlation between biochemical indexes and intrahepatic metabolic changes Sex. Results The ALT, AST, m-AST, m-AST / AST, GGT, UA, TG and TC in AFLD group and NAFLD group were significantly different from those in healthy control group (P <0.05). The levels of m-AST, m-AST / AST, GGT, Urea, Cr, UA, TG and TC in AFLD group and NAFLD group were significantly different (P < Sex differences (P> 0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of 12 blood biochemical indexes is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of fatty liver.
