为提高全组英语教学成绩,缩小教师之间教学成绩的过大差异,我们英语备课组提出了以改革课堂教学为核心的一系列举措,在实施改革的前期我们进行了大量的课堂教学调查与分析。经过调查分析不少问题被暴露出来,其中教师在课堂上对学生的错误不能恰当对待和处理的问题尤为突出。有些教师在提问的学生出错时急于让其他学生回答,有些教师则遇错必纠,甚至还因此讽刺挖苦学生,以至于教师的纠错造成了学生的紧张心理,挫伤了学生的学习积极性。鉴于此,备课组确定了以改革教师课堂教学纠错模式为核心的新一轮课堂教学改革。
In order to improve the English teaching achievement of the whole group and reduce the excessive differences of teaching achievements among teachers, our English preparation group proposed a series of measures with the reform of classroom teaching as the core. In the early stage of implementing the reform, we conducted a large number of classroom teaching surveys and analysis. After investigation and analysis of many problems have been exposed, including teachers in the classroom mistakes students can not properly address and deal with the problem is particularly prominent. Some teachers are eager to make other students answer the mistakes made by the students when they ask the questions. Some teachers mistakenly correct the mistakes and even satirize the students so hard that teachers 'correction causes students' nervousness and dampens their enthusiasm for learning. In view of this, the lesson preparation group determined a new round of classroom teaching reform centered on the reform of teachers' classroom teaching error correction mode.
