应用复合Si3N4陶瓷铣刀对某牌号高强度钢进行了干铣削试验。分别研究了切削速度和单齿进给量对刀具耐用度的影响规律 ,给出了刀具的主要磨破损形式 ,通过能谱分析研究了陶瓷刀具的磨损机理。结果表明 ,在切削速度为 1 1 8~ 1 86m/min的试验条件下 ,陶瓷铣刀的最高耐用度为5 5min ;前刀面上月牙洼磨损严重并导致切削刃的微小崩刃 ;前后刀面的磨损区均增加了大量的Cr、Mn元素 ,前刀面的月牙洼底部还含有较多Ni元素。
The application of composite Si3N4 ceramic cutter on a high strength steel dry milling test. The influences of cutting speed and single-tooth feed on the durability of the tool were studied respectively. The main form of wear of the tool was given. The wear mechanism of the ceramic tool was studied by energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the maximum durability of the ceramic milling cutter is 55min under the test conditions of cutting speed of 1 1 8 ~ 1 86m / min; the wear of the crater on the rake face is severe and leads to slight chipping of the cutting edge; Surface wear area are increased a lot of Cr, Mn elements, rake face crescent depression also contains more Ni.
