我国目前的农业发展的重要问题一直是国家持续关注的,“三农”即是其中之一的问题。涉农的金融机构在服务的过程中,为了能达到更好的服务效果,农村信用社由于是农村金融服务的主力军,所以更要在会计核算方面做好工作,充分发挥农村金融会计管理的作用。本文对湖南省的金融对“三农”发展的现状及存在的问题做了分析,并提出可行性的政策建议。
At present, the important issue of agricultural development in our country has always been the continuous concern of the state. That is, “three rural issues” is one of them. In order to achieve better service effect, rural credit cooperatives, as the main force of rural financial services, should do a good job in accounting and give full play to the management of rural financial accounting effect. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the development of finance, agriculture, rural areas and farmers in Hunan Province and puts forward feasible policy recommendations.
