目的:探讨宫腔镜下行阴道异物取出术的护理经验。方法:总结26例宫腔镜下行阴道异物取出术中的护理配合及护理措施,包括术前、术中、术后的护理。结果:宫腔镜下取阴道异物,配合术前、术中、术后护理安全可行,成功率高,减少了并发症的发生。结论:护士只有熟练掌握宫腔镜仪器的性能及操作方法,在手术中做好医护配合和细心周到的护理,消除患者恐惧心理,积极配合治疗,是手术成功的关键。
Objective: To explore the hysteroscopic vaginal foreign body removal of nursing experience. Methods: To summarize the nursing coordination and nursing measures of 26 cases with vaginal foreign bodies removed during hysteroscopy, including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing. Results: Hysteroscopic vaginal foreign body, with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care safe and feasible, high success rate, reducing the incidence of complications. Conclusion: Nurses only master the performance of hysteroscopic instruments and methods of operation in the operation of good medical care and meticulous care, eliminating the patient’s fear, and actively cooperate with the treatment, the key to the success of the operation.
