我们淮北地区,昔遍采用棉子壳栽平菇和金针菇,虽然棉子壳栽培料已出过菇,但棉子壳的营养物质并未耗尽,在栽培鸡腿蘑的实践中,笔者发现鸡腿蘑菌丝分解纤维素的能力很强。为了充分利用原料,降低成本,提高经济效益,我们从1991年开始试用出过菇的废料栽培鸡腿蘑,收到了良好的效果,生物效率达110％～130％,现将栽培技术要点介绍如下。 (一)废料处理 将出完平菇、金针菇的废料运置水泥场地上,拣去有杂菌污染、虫害的菌袋,然后用铁锨拍碎,晒干备用。 (二)培养料配方 ①平菇废料40kg,金针菇废料
