伴随着国家经济的快速发展以及社会的不断进步,各个企业和公司之间的竞争也是愈演愈烈.在企业的正常运行当中,员工在企业的发展方面扮演着重要的角色,员工的思维方式也企业未来的发展历程和方向有着密切联系,员工也会影响到一个企业的管理模式和运行发展的方向,他们这群集体是企业发展的核心,关系着企业的重大命脉,然而政工队伍的建设又关系着企业的存亡,因此,企业只有加强政工队伍的建设和发展,才能保证整个企业在剧烈的竞争当中站稳脚跟.本文详细分析了新形势下煤矿企业政工队伍在建设方面存在的问题以及根据这些问题提出的相关对策.
