脑膜瘤是人类常见颅内肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人类健康,目前最主要的治疗手段是手术切除,影像学资料是其术前评估的一种重要手段,多层螺旋CT三维重建能直观地、清楚地、准确地显示肿瘤的大小、供血动脉、引流静脉及其与周围大血管的三维空间关系,同时能够评价静脉窦的通畅程度和颅骨的改变,并能模拟手术入路,增加手术安全性。因此,多层螺旋CT血管三维重建在脑膜瘤术前评估中具有重要的应用价值。
