云南省副省长刘慧晏在10月14日召开的珠江水运发展高层协调会议互动环节上表示,时隔不到一年,四省区两部委又再次坐到一起,进一步深入协商,细化珠江水运合作内容,明确建设举措,确实是令人高兴的事情。与会各省区高层也一致认为,由珠江航务管理局组织协调召开的珠江水运发展高层协调机制建立一年来卓有成效。
