1995年,青岛港以“树好风气、带硬队伍、深化改革、创大业绩”为工作主题,苦练内功,加快发展,港口两个文明建设取得了前所未有的大丰收。一举荣获国家技术监督局和中国质量管理协会设立的全国质量效益型先进企业、全国用户满意企业、全国用户满意服务企业三个质量金奖。连续第二年荣获山东省工交系统经济效益排头兵,青岛市突出贡献单位称号。被交通部树为全国交通行业的学习典型。并荣获1995年度全国十佳优秀企业金马奖。 一、安全质量 明显提高 1995年,我们坚持强化管理,苦练内功,在“三个第一”、“24”字方针指导下,成功地走出一条“安全第一,质量兴港”的道路。我们根据黄镇东部长提出的“五个文明”要求,结合港口实际,开展了文明装卸、文明生产、文明施工、文明环境、文明服务的规划和管理,深化了散货“围田化”、件货“齐整化”、袋装货物“图形化”管理,开创了现场管理的新局面。去年,我们出台了《关于进一步深化全面安全质量管理机制的决定》,坚持典型引路,在26个单位召开了11次“五个文明”管理现场经验交流会,使“五个文明”管理从硬件到软件常抓常新,被评为山东省生产现场管理样板企业。黄镇东部长称赞青岛港是一个苦练内功的好典型。我们进一步加快了与国际经济管理方式接轨的步伐
