2015年8月31日,国家能源局召开全国配电网建设改造动员大会,发布了《配电网建设改造行动计划(2015~2020年)》。通过实施配电网建设改造行动计划,将有效加大配电网资金投入,2015~2020年,配电网建设改造投资将不低于2亿元,其中2015年投资不低于3000亿元,“十三五”期间累计投资不低于1.7万亿元。这一行动计划被赋予了浓重的政治任务色彩,提到了很高的战略高度。这些都是配电网建设难得享受到的待遇,配电网跨越式发展的机会真的来了。机遇难得,借助政策的东风,我国配电网建设多年累积下来的发展缺口有望
