目的:为了进一步研究和探讨心力衰竭患儿血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂治疗对MMP-9、TIMP-1和BNP的影响,从而为临床研究提供依据和参考。方法:本文选取我院2009年1月至2011年2月期间收治的心力衰竭患儿74例为研究对象,根据患者实施治疗方法的不同,对患者进行分组,分成观察组(36例)和对照组(38例),对照组常规给予基础治疗,观察组加服苯那普利。观察比较两组患儿实施不同临床治疗方法前后MMP-9(μg/L)、TIMP-1(μg/L)和BNP(ng/mL)水平。结果:采用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂苯那普利进行治疗的患儿,实施治疗后的MMP-9、TIMP-1和BNP水平均优于对照组患儿的水平,且数据比较差异具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗心力衰竭患儿的临床实践过程中,采用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂进行治疗,患儿的MMP-9、TIMP-1和BNP可以得到有效的改善,从而逆转患儿心肌重构,有效的改善和提升患儿的心功能。“,”Objective: To further study and discuss the effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors for children with heart failure in the treatment of MMP-9, TIMP-1 and BNP, so as to provide the basis for clinical studies and references. Methods: 74 cases of children with heart failure in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were chosen as the research object. According to the method of treatment for patients with different grouping patients, they were divided into the observation group (36 cases) and the control group (38 cases). The control group was given with routine basic treatment, and the observation group was taken with benazepril. The levels of MMP-9 (μg / L), TIMP-1 (μg / L) and BNP (ng / mL) for the two groups before and after the implementation of different clinical treatments were observed and compared. Results: The use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor benazepril treatment in children, the implementation of post-treatment MMP-9, TIMP-1 and BNP levels were better than the control group, and the differences were with statistical significance (P <0.05 ). Conclusions: In clinical treatment of heart failure patients in clinical practice, the use of angiotensin- converting enzyme inhibitor treatment, children with MMP-9, TIMP-1 and BNP can be effectively improved, thereby to reverse cardiac patients’ re- institutions and effectively improve and enhance cardiac function in children.
