近年来,军队政治工作信息化建设取得了较大成绩,但也存在不少问题,主要表现为:信息化思想观念相对滞后;缺乏坚实的理论基础;缺乏科学的顶层设计;基础设施建设相对落后;政工干部综合素质滞后于建设信息化部队的要求。为此,必须做好以下工作:创新政治工作信息化观念;注重理论研究;加强统一领导,搞好顶层设计;加快军队政治工作信息基础设施建设;着力培养一支政治工作信息化专业人才队伍。
In recent years, great achievements have been made in the informatization of the army’s political work. However, there are still many problems. The main manifestations are as follows: the concept of informatization is lagging behind; there is a lack of a solid theoretical foundation; the lack of a scientific top-level design; and the infrastructure construction is relatively backward ; Overall quality of political cadres lags behind the requirements of building an information-based force. To this end, the following work must be done: innovating the concept of informatization of political work; paying attention to theoretical research; strengthening unified leadership and doing a top-level design; speeding up the construction of the information infrastructure of the army’s political work; and focusing on training a contingent of informatized professionals in political work.
