选取西安欧美客源为研究对象,运用合图法(co-plot)分析西安欧美游客的期望和实际感知特点,并同几种传统数据分析方法比较,结果得出从西安旅游两个层面28个因素,分析欧美游客期望、实际感知和期望差异三个属性特点,并运用合图技术划分为八组.和图法具有更强的图形展示功能,且同时分析研究对象及其属性,而传统方法常常把两者隔离开来.
Based on the co-plot analysis of the tourists’ expectations and actual perceptions in Western Europe and America, this paper chooses the European and American tourists in Xi’an as the research object and compares them with several traditional data analysis methods. The results show that from the two levels of tourism in Xi’an, 28 Factor, and analyzes the three attributes of the tourists’ expectation, actual perception and expectation difference in Europe and the United States, and divides them into eight groups by the use of the chart technology.It has more powerful graphic display function with the graph method and simultaneously analyzes the research object and its attributes, while the traditional method Often the two are isolated.
