In 2007, 1.155 million vehicles were manufactured by Dongfeng Motor Corporation, an increase of 234% over the same period of last year; 1.137 million vehicles were sold, an increase of 21.98% over the same period of last year; sales and production both exceeded one million mark and completed the milestone in advance to build one million- Career goals. In 2007, Dongfeng Motor Corporation produced 814,000 passenger cars, an increase of 23.79% over the same period of last year; and produced 341,000 commercial vehicles, an increase of 22.47% over the same period of last year. Dongfeng Motor Corporation sold 799,000 passenger cars, an increase of 21.69% over the same period of last year; and sold 338,000 commercial vehicles, an increase of 22.66% from the same period of previous year.
