有胃痛困扰的人平时除注重饮食保健外,还要养成经常运动的习惯。因为运动可以促进血液循环,提高新陈代谢,帮助胃肠蠕动,消除精神压力等。以下3种运动可以缓解胃痛:跪姿前倾双膝跪地,从膝盖到脚趾都要接触地面,上半身保持直立,双手自然下垂。缓慢坐下,直到全身体重完全压在脚踝上,双手自然放在膝上,保持正常呼吸。保持该姿势约30秒,放松后再将上半身向前倾,重复做3~5次。该运动有助于消除胀气、胃肠综合征(如胃肠痉挛、腹泻等),还可强化大腿肌肉。

The following three kinds of exercise can ease the stomach pain: kneeling forward knees, from the knees to the toes have to touch the ground, keep the upper body upright, hands naturally drooping. Sit down slowly until your body weight is completely on your ankle. Keep your hands on your lap with your hands naturally and keep breathing normally. Maintain the position for about 30 seconds, then relax the upper body forward, repeat 3 to 5 times. The exercise helps to eliminate flatulence, gastrointestinal syndrome (such as gastrointestinal spasms, diarrhea, etc.), but also strengthen the thigh muscles.
