在前三门统建大模板工程中,我队初步摸索出了一套电气暗配软塑料管拔孔安装新工艺。通过前三门301号高层眷宿楼施工实践表明,这个新工艺不仅可以节约大量软塑料管,而且拔管后在混凝土内留下的管孔内壁光滑,质量优良,使用耐久,安全可靠,操作简便,是一项多快好省的革新工艺。现把这项工艺的主要情况汇报如下。
In the first three large-scale construction of the template project, our team initially explored a set of electrical concealed soft plastic pipe pull hole installation of new technology. According to the construction practice of the first three high-rise residential buildings at No. 301, it shows that this new process can not only save a lot of soft plastic pipes, but also has a smooth inner wall of the pipe holes left in the concrete after extubation. It is of excellent quality, durable, safe, and reliable. Simple, it is a revolutionary process that is much faster and better. The main situation of this process is now reported as follows.
