从短叶红豆杉韧皮部分离到的内寄生真菌在半合成液体培养基中产生紫杉醇及其相关化合物。以质谱、色谱以及对紫杉醇特异的单克隆抗体反应鉴定了紫杉醇。真菌培养物中的[1-~(14)C]乙酸和L-[U-~(14)C]苯丙氨酸为紫杉醇的前体。
The endoparasitic fungi isolated from the phloem of Taxus brevifolia produce paclitaxel and related compounds in a semi-synthetic liquid medium. Paclitaxel was identified by mass spectrometry, chromatography, and a monoclonal antibody specific for paclitaxel. [1--14C] acetic acid and L-[U- 14C] phenylalanine in fungal cultures are the precursors of paclitaxel.
