目的:探讨Wnt-1、beta-catenin及C-myc在正常卵巢及卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤中的表达。方法:运用免疫组织化学SP法检测18例正常卵巢组织及34例卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤中Wnt-1、beta-catenin及C-myc的蛋白表达。结果:18例正常卵巢中Wnt-1、C-myc阳性表达率为5.56%、16.67%,beta-catenin异常表达率为16.67%;34例卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤Wnt-1阳性表达率为94.11%,C-myc阳性表达率及beta-catenin异常表达率为100%。卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤Wnt-1、C-myc阳性率及beta-catenin异常表达率明显高于正常卵巢成熟细胞(P<0.05),且Wnt-1、beta-catenin及C-myc3者之间均存在显著正相关(P<0.05)。不同类型的恶性上皮肿瘤中,只有beta-catenin及C-myc在浆液性与黏液性肿瘤中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Wnt-1、beta-catenin及C-myc与肿瘤有无浸润无关(P>0.05)。结论:Wnt信号传导通路中Wnt-1、beta-catenin及C-myc的改变与卵巢上皮肿瘤的恶化有关,而与肿瘤的浸润无明显相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Wnt-1, beta-catenin and C-myc in normal ovarian and ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expressions of Wnt-1, beta-catenin and C-myc in 18 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 34 cases of ovarian malignant epithelial tumor. Results: The positive rates of Wnt-1 and C-myc were 5.56% and 16.67% in 18 normal ovarian tissues, while the positive rates of beta-catenin were 16.67%. The positive rates of Wnt-1 in 34 cases of ovarian malignant epithelial tumors were 94.11% The positive rate of C-myc and the abnormal rate of beta-catenin were 100%. The positive rates of Wnt-1, C-myc and beta-catenin in ovarian epithelial tumors were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues (P <0.05), and both of Wnt-1, beta-catenin and C-myc3 were found Significant positive correlation (P <0.05). The expression of beta-catenin and C-myc in serous and mucinous tumors was significantly different among different types of malignant epithelial tumors (P <0.05). Wnt-1, beta-catenin, It has nothing to do with infiltration (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The changes of Wnt-1, beta-catenin and C-myc in Wnt signaling pathway are related to the deterioration of ovarian epithelial tumor, but not to the infiltration of tumor.
