为了更好地向各级党政领导和有关部门提供及时、准确、全面、方便的科技统计数据,改革封闭式、分割式的科技统计现状,省统计局、省科委、省经委携手联合,互相配合,使我省科技统计工作有了新的进展。第一,省统计局从1990年年报起建立了社会、科技快报制度和年报抄报制度,将分别由科委、教委、统计三个部门管理的全省独立科研机构、大专院校科研机构、大中型工业企业技术开发等三大科技统计报表归集起来,为建立科技统计数据库和加强科技统计分析创造了条件。
