应用至今的传统齿轮理论认为,齿间滑动摩擦对齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力的影响可忽略不计.本文作者在对机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮受力状况作全面分析及研究基础上推导出一组公式,利用该组公式可计算出机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮在包括齿间滑动摩擦在内的实际载荷作用下的齿根弯曲疲劳应力.研究表明,齿间滑动摩擦对机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力的影响不容忽视.
The traditional gear theory that has been used up to now considers that the effect of interdental sliding friction on the bending fatigue stress of the gear root is negligible. Based on a comprehensive analysis and research on the stress condition of the gear in the speed increase gear transmission of the machine tool, the author deduces a set of formulas which can be used to calculate the sliding friction of the gear in the growth gear of the machine tool Tooth root bending fatigue stress under the actual load within. The research shows that the effect of interdental sliding friction on the bending fatigue stress of gear tooth root in the increasing gear transmission of machine tool can not be neglected.
