中国共产党执政合法性的本质是人民群众对中国共产党执政地位的支持和认可。中国共产党执政合法性的基础是由意识形态、政治制度、执政绩效等方面构成,并随着社会的发展而不断流变。文章认为,在当代中国,共产党只有始终关注民众的根本利益,充分发挥意识形态功能,不断推进制度创新,才能不断巩固执政合法性基础。
The essence of the legitimacy of the CPC in power is the support and approval of the masses of the people for the ruling status of the CPC. The basis of the legitimacy of the CPC’s ruling is constituted by such aspects as ideology, political system and governing performance, and it is constantly evolving with the development of society. The article holds that in contemporary China, only by paying close attention to the fundamental interests of the people, giving full play to the ideological function and continuing to promote institutional innovation, can the Communist Party continuously consolidate the foundation of the legitimacy of its administration.
