一年一度汛期至。我国又到了地质灾害多发期。没想到的是,今年又新增加了一场突如其来的灾害——非典。灾害加灾害,经济建设面临着新的困难。 按照党中央的部署,一手抓防治非典,一手抓经济建设,两手都不能放松。非典要防治,地质灾害也要防治。特别牵动全国人民的是,三峡库区135米水位线以下的地质灾害治理工程已进入竣工验收阶段,必须确保在6月1日蓄水前全部完成。
