建立钢板瞬态温度场有限元分析模型,对钢板快速冷却过程进行了温度场模拟,得到了钢板在水冷和空冷条件下的瞬态温度场的分布,以及温度时间全历程曲线,通过对结果的分析,优化了冷却过程工艺参数,为进一步提高钢板的性能与质量提供了理论依据。
The finite element model of the transient temperature field of the steel plate is established and the temperature field simulation of the rapid cooling process of the steel plate is carried out. The distribution of the transient temperature field of the steel plate under the conditions of water cooling and air cooling is obtained, and the whole course curve of the temperature time is obtained. Analysis and optimization of the process parameters of the cooling process provide a theoretical basis for further improving the performance and quality of the steel plate.
