目的:制备人参皂苷Rg_1微乳剂,并对其理化性质进行考察。方法:选择适宜的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,利用伪三元相图筛选微乳处方,研制出适合经口给药的微乳制剂并对其进行表征。结果:所制备的人参皂苷Rg_1微乳剂为无色澄清、透明均一的溶液。最优处方为油酸乙酯:HS 15∶乙醇∶5%葡萄糖溶液=12.5∶33.0∶11.0∶43.5。结论:通过优化处方制备的人参皂苷Rg_1微乳理化性质稳定,载药量提高。
Objective: To prepare ginsenoside Rg_1 microemulsion and study its physical and chemical properties. Methods: The suitable oil phase, surfactant and cosurfactant were selected. The pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to screen the microemulsion formulation and the microemulsion formulation suitable for oral administration was prepared and characterized. Results: The prepared ginsenoside Rg_1 microemulsion is a colorless and clear, transparent homogeneous solution. The optimal prescription is ethyl oleate: HS 15: ethanol: 5% glucose solution = 12.5: 33.0:11.0:43.5. Conclusion: Ginsenoside Rg_1 prepared by optimized formulation has stable microemulsification and drug loading.
