采用磁场后处理法改变碳纳米管的表面结构,增强了碳纳米管场发射性能。采用SEM对样品的处理前后的形貌进行了表征,场发射的数据显示,相对于,未经过任何处理的碳纳米管阴极,磁场后处理过的碳纳米管冷阴极的开启电场(电流密度为0.1 mA/cm2时的电场)由1.05降低到0.73 V/μm,场增强因子从1656增加到2045,场发射的亮度及均匀度均得到改善。相对其它后处理方法,磁场后处理法是一种简单、经济且有效的增强碳纳米管的场发射特性的方法。
Magnetic field post-processing method to change the surface structure of carbon nanotubes and enhance the field emission properties of carbon nanotubes. The morphology of the sample before and after processing was characterized by SEM. The data of field emission showed that the turn-on electric field of the cold-cathode of carbon nanotubes treated with magnetic field was higher than that of untreated carbon nanotubes 0.1 mA / cm2) decreased from 1.05 to 0.73 V / μm, the field enhancement factor increased from 1656 to 2045, and the field emission brightness and uniformity were improved. Compared with other post-processing methods, the magnetic aftertreatment method is a simple, economical and effective method to enhance the field emission characteristics of carbon nanotubes.
