华南理工大学研制的一种新型高强度耐磨锌合金(代号ZMJ)已通过技术、产品鉴定.该材料属国内首创,处于国际领先水平.它具有优良的摩擦磨损性能和综合机械性能.用该合金生产的试样与ZCuSn10P1铜试样相比,耐磨性高7.6倍以上,减摩性高28.1%,承载能力高9.67倍;与美国ZA—27锌合金试样相比,耐磨性高5~43.2倍,承载能力高3倍,最高允许工作温度由150℃提高到170℃,最大容许滑动速度可达8m/s.与GB1176
A new type of high-strength wear-resistant zinc alloy (code ZMJ) developed by South China University of Technology has passed the technology and product appraisal. This material is a pioneer in China and is internationally advanced. It has excellent friction and wear properties and comprehensive mechanical properties. Compared with the ZCuSn10P1 copper sample, the wear resistance of the sample is 7.6 times higher than that of the ZCuSn10P1 copper sample, the friction reduction is 28.1% and the carrying capacity is 9.67 times higher than that of the ZCuSn10P1 copper sample. Compared with the ZA-27 zinc alloy sample from the United States, the wear resistance is high 5 ~ 43.2 times the carrying capacity of 3 times the maximum allowable working temperature from 150 ℃ to 170 ℃, the maximum allowable sliding speed up to 8m / s. And GB1176
