当下,随着手机功能的强大,低头族越来越多,大部分人都有或重或轻的颈椎问题。这种慢性的反复积累的微细损伤,常发生在肌肉活动过多或静态姿势下肌肉持久紧张的部位。而这种劳损临床表现为脖子后侧痛,偏头痛,记忆力下降,情绪易怒易躁,视力下降,鼻炎等五官问题。姿势不对颈部就痛姿势正确时,头部处于颈椎上面。从侧面看,耳朵、肩膀及髋关节应处于同一重心线上。若闲时或工作时,颈部偏离这个姿势,颈部就会容易出现毛病。很多时候,尤其是学童及办公室一族,大多数时间颈部都处于不良姿势。
