本文针对专科学校在青年大学生中发展党员工作的特点进行探讨，提出各级党组织应增强紧迫感和使命感，制定发展学生党员的周密计划并努力做好学生党员的教育及管理工作。
This paper discusses the characteristics of the development of Party members among young college students, and puts forward that the Party organizations at all levels should enhance their sense of urgency and sense of mission, formulate a thorough plan for developing student party members and do their best to educate and manage student party members.
