通过对发生泄漏失效的直缝电阻焊管进行宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能及电子显微镜分析,结果表明,该管发生泄漏失效的原因为焊接工艺不合理,焊缝冲击功较低,在熔合线内残留有大量的灰斑夹杂引发焊缝开裂。
