我们教学的对象是活泼的人,是有思想个性的人。看不到这点,就会把儿童当成装灌知识的容器,儿童就会处在被动的地位。这无论对他们今天的学习还是对他们以后的发展都是不利的。尊重儿童是教育儿童的前提,教学民主是教师敢于正视自己工作中的缺点错误的表现。在平等、民主的氛围中,我们的儿童少年才能真正成长为学习的主人,学校的主人,社会的主人。———斯霞
Our teaching object is a lively person, a man of thought and individuality. If you do not see this, you will regard children as containers for filling knowledge, and children will be in a passive position. This is detrimental to both their current learning and their future development. Respecting children is a precondition for educating children. Teaching democracy is a manifestation of teachers' daring to face up to the shortcomings in their work. In an atmosphere of equality and democracy, our children and teenagers can truly become masters of learning, school masters and social masters. --- Si Xia
