冬季,棉花病虫以不同形式进入越冬休眠期,此时也是全年防治病虫的一个有利时机。搞好越冬防治,能收到事半功倍的效果。其具体做法是: (一)清扫枯枝落叶落铃残株。棉花红蜘蛛、盲椿象、金钢钻、小造桥虫、卷叶虫及多种棉病病菌、大多隐藏在枯枝落叶,落铃残株里越冬。因此,清扫棉田,堆场的枯枝落叶,落铃残株,并作燃料可消灭多种越冬害虫病菌。
