以氯化铜和氢氧化钠反应形成的[Cu(OH)4]2-为前驱体,抗坏血酸为还原剂,用简单的水热法制备了Cu2O微粒。研究了水热温度和反应物浓度对产物形貌的影响。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和UV-Vis分光光度计对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明,反应物浓度和反应温度对产物的形貌有重要的影响,当反应温度为120℃,CuCl22H2O浓度为0.05 M时,制备了500 nm左右的立方相的Cu2O微球。
[Cu (OH) 4] 2- formed by the reaction of cupric chloride and sodium hydroxide as precursor and ascorbic acid as reductant. Cu2O particles were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The effects of hydrothermal temperature and reactant concentration on the morphology of the product were investigated. The structure and morphology of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results show that the reactant concentration and the reaction temperature have an important influence on the morphology of the product. When the reaction temperature is 120 ℃ and CuCl22H2O concentration is 0.05 M, Cu2O microspheres with cubic phase of about 500 nm were prepared.
