提升机液压制动系统作为矿井提升系统的重要组成部分,要求液压制动系统安全可靠,在矿井提升过程中保障工作箕斗的安全提升与落井任务。根据现有提升机液压制动系统原理,分析液压系统原理图,优化结构设计,加强安全制动系数,提出具有监测功能的恒减速制动和二级制动的液压制动系统。
Hoist hydraulic brake system as an important part of the mine hoist system, requiring hydraulic brake system is safe and reliable, in the mine hoisting process to ensure the safety of the work skip upgrade and drop tasks. According to the principle of the existing hoist hydraulic brake system, the hydraulic system schematic diagram is analyzed, the structural design is optimized, the safety brake coefficient is strengthened, and the hydraulic brake system with constant deceleration braking and secondary brake with monitoring function is proposed.
