生命在于运动,但发挥运动健身作用的前提是运动的安全性,“阈限内负荷”、“超量恢复”和“运动强度”是与运动安全密切相关的三大关键词。调查发现,在参加运动的人群中,发生猝死的比例约为0.05‰~0.1‰。由此可见,运动是一把双刃剑,有促进健康的一面,也有摧毁生命和健康的另一面。猝死的具体原因是运动过于紧张、激烈,超过了人体承受极限。另外,运动还会造成的其他伤害,主要为肌肉、筋骨等方面的外伤。
