应国家海洋局邀请,由R·沃克为首的加拿大Hermes公司海洋资料浮标技术交流小组一行三人,于一九八○年九月十四日至二十六日,分别在天津、青岛两地举行海洋资料浮标技术交流。技术交流是由海洋仪器研究所、山东省仪器仪表研究所为主,中国科学院海洋研究所、水产总局黄海水产研究所、山东海洋学院、海洋局第一海洋研究所等单位参加。技术交流分两个阶段进行。首先由加方介绍Hermes公司的概况,各类海洋资料浮标系统专题报告,并放映幻灯、电影进行具体实物介译。我方参加的科技人员一百二十余人。然后进行技术座谈,对具体技术问题进行深入讨论,参加的工程技术人员共三十五人。在技术交流的同时,R·沃克一行还到参加座谈的各单位进行了参观。
At the invitation of the State Oceanic Administration, a delegation of three members from Hermes Marine Data Buoy Technology Group headed by R. Walker took part in Tianjin and Qingdao from September 14 to August 18, 1980 respectively Ocean data buoy technology exchange. The exchange of technology was mainly undertaken by Institute of Marine Instruments and Shandong Institute of Instrumentation, Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute of Fisheries, Shandong Ocean University, and First Institute of Oceanography of the State Oceanographic Administration. Technical exchange takes place in two stages. First, Canada introduced Hermes’s profile, various oceanographic data buoy system special reports, and the show slideshow, the film for a specific physical interpretation. Over 120 technicians participated by us. Then we held technical discussions and conducted in-depth discussions on specific technical issues, involving a total of 35 engineering and technical personnel. At the same time of technical exchanges, R. Walker and his party also visited the participating units.
