瞳孔的变化在临床上有重要意义,医务人员经常把瞳孔的变化看作是人体生理和病理状态的一种重要指征。有时可根据瞳孔的变化做出某些临床难症的诊断及神经系统的定位诊断,其它躯体疾病也可以通过瞳孔的改变反映出来。瞳孔与身体各部位有广泛的联系,有人将瞳孔看作是人体改变的特殊“晴雨表”,因此,瞳孔变化是广大医护人员观察危重病员病情变化的重要指征之一。
Changes in the pupil are clinically significant, and medical personnel often see changes in the pupil as an important indication of the physiology and pathology of the human body. Sometimes based on changes in the pupil to make some clinical diagnosis of difficult diseases and the diagnosis of the nervous system, other physical diseases can also be reflected through changes in the pupil. Pupil has extensive contact with various parts of the body. Some people regard the pupil as a special “barometer” of human body changes. Therefore, pupil change is one of the most important indications for the general medical staff to observe the changes of the condition of critical patients.
